Rental Policy

Overview

Poco Rental is a hassle-free equipment rental service with transparent pricing for our rental gear. All bookings can be done through our website on the go without the need for back-and-forth emailing to confirm availability. Simply choose your equipment, choose your rental dates, make payment and voila, you’re ready for collection. 

Our equipment rental is available every day of the year. Booking can be done 90 days in advance and can be made immediately for the next collection slot. Walk-ins are not allowed; only those with an available booking through the website will be entertained. 

First-timers are required to bring along a physical copy of your NRIC during collection for identity verification. Those who are booking on behalf of companies can substitute this with the company UEN. Repeating customers are encouraged to create an account with us to keep track of past orders easily. 

We mostly do self-pickups. If you really need help with delivery and set-up you can contact our customer service for a personalised quote.

Collections and Returns

Collections and returns are to be done on the working days before and after the rental. 

Gear collection: Mon – Fri 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM (excl. PH)
Gear return: Mon – Fri 10.30 AM – 12:00 PM (excl. PH)

For instance, if your chosen rental date is Sat, 8 April, collection should be done on Fri, 7 April and returns on Mon, 10 April
If your chosen rental date is Mon, 8 May, collection should be done on Fri, 6 May and returns on Tue, 9 May

All equipment must be tested during collection and problems (if any) raised prior to leaving the office. 

Late return of more than an hour will be charged with an additional 50% of the gear’s day rental fees. 

Payment

Payment can be done by PayNow or Bank Transfer. The details for payment will be available during checkout. Once payment has been completed, do send us a screenshot of the transaction at admin@pocoproductions.com.sg to confirm your booking. 

Reservations work on a first-paid-first-served basis. Those without payments will be cancelled, and your gear will be released to the next available paying customer. 

Cancellation Terms

Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours before collection. Refunds will be carried out by PayNow/Bank Transfer. If you cancel less than 24 hours before collection, the full amount will be charged and refunds will not be available.

Damage/Loss

If you suspect that the equipment has been damaged, please return it to us and we will assess it/send it for repair if necessary. The final repair cost will be charged based on what the service centre quotes. 

Lost equipment will be charged an equivalent value fee.
